Jérôme Héricourt

Jérôme Héricourt is Professor of Economics at the University of Western Brittany, a Research Fellow at the University of Lille 1 (LEM-CNRS department) and a Scientific Adviser at CEPII. He taught at various universities: Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris-Est Créteil, Sciences-Po Paris and Lille 1. His research mainly focuses on international macroeconomics and trade, with a specific interest on the impact of financial constraints on firm-level dynamics. He is also interested in the circular relationship between financial development and income inequalities. The last part of his research is dedicated to the political economy of local governments.
