John Tang

Senior Lecturer in Economics, Australian National University

John Tang is a senior lecturer in economics at the Australian National University. He has a PhD in economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a BA in economics from Northwestern University. His research interests covers economic history, international trade, and applied microeconomics topics, with a focus on the Japanese economy in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Tang currently directs the Centre for Economic History at the ANU.
