Maria Chiara Iannino

Maria Chiara Iannino is an assistant professor at the University of Vienna, Department of Finance. After studying at the University of Brescia and at the University of Udine, she graduated with a PhD in Economics at Queen Mary University of London.

Her main research interests lie in the areas of behavioural finance and in banking systemic risk. She currently studies the effect of regulation on the risk exposure of financial institutions, as well as the asset pricing implications of behavioural issues, such as institutional investors peer-effects and nominal price preferences.
