Stefania Albanesi

Associate Professor of Economics, Ohio State University and CEPR Research Affiliate

Stefania Albanesi is Associate Professor of Economics at The Ohio State University, a Faculty Research Fellow of the NBER and a Research Affiliate of the CEPR. She is a macroeconomist with interests in the distributional implications of government policies. She has studied the political economy of inflation and the optimal taxation of capital and labor income. Her current research concerns relationships among gender, technology, household decisions, and incentive problems in the labor market. Her current project is on the optimal taxation of household income when spouses make strategic decisions on market and home work.
