Charlotte Duke is a Partner at London Economics where she leads the Behavioural and Experimental Economics team. During her time at LE she has delivered behavioural studies for the European Commission, the European Parliament, UK regulators including the FCA, Ofcom, Ofgem, and Ofwat, the Competition Commission and Office for Fair Trading. Charlotte also provides advice to private sector firms on the use of behavioural insights to customer behaviour. Charlotte regularly presents as a behavioural specialist at conferences. Recent examples include Behavioural Competition and Regulation at the Amsterdam Centre for Law and Economics, and The International Conference on Financial Services in Hamburg.
