The book will be edited by Marc Bacchetta (WTO) and Alexei Kireyev (IMF), and is expected to be published by Cambridge University Press in 2019. Interested contributors are invited to submit draft papers with a short author bio by Nov 15, 2018 to [email protected] . The papers should not exceed 8,000 words and be presented in Word with figures and tables in Excel, and follow WTO editorial guidelines. Editors will contact the authors whose papers have been selected by Nov 30, 2018.

Interested contributors who already responded to this call for papers in the summer are kindly requested to resubmit. Because of a technical problem, the editors did not receive papers submitted before end of August.
