CEPR and INSEAD organised a series of webinars discussing recent technology developments in financial markets. This initiative was part of the activities of the CEPR Research and Policy Network on Fintech and Digital Currencies. The webinars brought together two speakers to discuss a relevant policy issue. The sessions was moderated by Antonio Fatás (INSEAD and CEPR) and questions from the audience were possible.   • Wednesday 2 September Topic: Digital Currencies and Payments. Speakers: Christian Catalini (Libra) and Tara Rice (BIS).
  • Tuesday 15 SeptemberTopic: Distributed Ledger Technologies and Financial Markets. Speakers: Hanna Halaburda (NYU Stern) and Raphael Auer (BIS and CEPR).
  • Wednesday 30 September: Topic: Fintech, Financial Inclusion and Competition. Speakers: Thomas Philippon (NYU Stern and CEPR) and Aaron Klein (Brookings).

Each webinar started at 2 PM London time and lasted 45 minutes.
