Aitor Erce
Aitor Erce works as an independent research and policy advisor. He has been involved in the evaluation and design of international policies related to sovereign debt restructuring and official lending programs. Aitor has also contributed to the development of tools for debt sustainability analysis and for detecting risks to market access. Aitor holds an MSc from CEMFI and a PhD from the European University Institute. He is a research fellow at Universidad Publica de Navarra.
