Alexandros Ragoussis

Senior Economist, International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group

Alexandros Ragoussis is a Senior Economist at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group, Associate Fellow of the German Development Institute, and Teaching Associate of the Sorbonne, University of Paris I. He has published and debated extensively on issues of foreign direct investment, industrial and private sector development and advised governments on their policies in these areas. Earlier in his career, Alexandros held positions at the OECD and taught economics at the University of Sydney in Australia and at Sciences-Po, Paris. Alexandros holds a PhD in economics from the University of Sydney.
