Alexi Savov

Assistant Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business, New York University

Alexi Savov joined New York University Stern School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Finance in July 2010. Professor Savov's primary research interests lie in the areas of asset pricing and macro finance. He is interested in the trade-offs between financial stability and macroeconomic performance and in the transmission channels for monetary policy interventions and regulatory reform through their effects on financial institutions. Professor Savov received his B.A. in Math and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and his M.B.A. and Ph. D. in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
