Alison Booth

Professor of Economics at the Australian National University, CEPR Research Fellow

Alison Booth is Professor of Economics and Public Policy Fellow at  the Australian National University, and a Research Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), London and of the IZA Bonn. She obtained her PhD from the London School of Economics in 1984, and is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia. Booth is Founding Fellow and past President of the European Association of Labour Economists (EALE). She was Editor-in-chief of Labour Economics from 1999-2004.
