Andrew Felton

Andrew Felton is a Ph.D. student in the Public Policy department at the University of Maryland. He is also a Financial Economist for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. He previously worked at the Brookings Institution, where he published on international development and the economics of happiness. He received an M.A. in economics from Tufts University and a B.A. in English from Carleton College.
