Carlos Cantú

PhD candidate in Economics, UCLA

Carlos Cantú García was born in Mexico City in 1985. He recieved a BD in Economics and another in Applied Mathematics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He worked as a Research Analyst for two years at the Economic Research Department of Mexico’s Central Bank. Currently, he is a PhD. in Economics candidate at UCLA. His research focus is on capital flow management policies and their impact on market liquidity and price volatility.
