Daichi Shimamoto

Assistant Professor at the Waseda Institute of Political Economy, Waseda University

Daichi Shimamoto is an Assistant Professor at the Waseda Institute of Political Economy, Waseda University. He received his Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Economics, Osaka University in 2014.His research interests focus on development economics, political economics, family economics, and network analysis. His research has been published in various academic journals including Food Policy and Sustainable Development as well as working papers for Osaka University and RIETI. He also has presented in various seminars and conferences. He is a member of the Japan Economic Association and the Econometrics Society.
