Daniel Heymann is Coordinator of the Unit of Macroeconomic Analysis of the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Buenos Aires.

Daniel Heymann is Coordinator of the Unit of Macroeconomic Analysis of the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Buenos Aires. He is also Professor of Economics at the Universities of Buenos Aires, La Plata, and San Andrés. Dr Heymann's research interests and extensive publications cover the areas of macroeconomics and development. He received bachelor degrees in Economics and Physics from the University of Buenos Aires and a PhD in Economics from UCLA. He is President of the Argentine Association of Political Economy as well as member of other associations of economists.
