Elisabeth Kempf

Assistant Professor of Finance, Booth School of Business, University of Chicago

Elisabeth Kempf is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. Her primary research interest is in empirical corporate finance. Her research has explored the behavior and incentives of financial analysts and issues related to corporate governance. Her work has been published in the Review of Financial Studies. She holds a Ph.D. in finance from Tilburg University (Netherlands). Prior to her Ph.D. studies, she worked as an analyst at Deutsche Bank.
