Fadi Hassan

Senior Economist, Bank of Italy; Research Associate, CEP

Fadi Hassan is a Senior Economist at the Bank of Italy and a Research Associate at the CEP. He was an Assistant Professor of Economics at Trinity College Dublin (with tenure) and a Visiting Scholar in economics at Harvard University. He holds a PhD and MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from the University of Pavia. His main research interests are in the area of international economics, development, and growth. He was awarded the FEEM prize of the European Economic Association. He was the co-founder of Quattrogatti.info, a project that explains current economic issues to the layperson through interactive presentations and digital animated videos.
