Francesco Vona is Senior Economist at the French Economic Observatory - Sciences Po (OFCE) and Adjunct Professor at SKEMA Business School and SciencesPo. He works at the intersection between labour and environmental economics with particular focus on structural dynamics driven by innovation, trade, policy and skills. He also works on intergenerational inequality, notably on the role played by family background before and after labour market entry. His papers have been published in various journals such as Ecological Economics, Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Journal of Economic Inequality, Journal of Environmental Economics and Management and Regional Studies. Much of his research has been funded by the European Commission.
