John Jones

Associate Professor of Economics, University of Albany, State University of New York

John Bailey Jones is Associate Professor of Economics at the University at Albany, State University of New York, specialising in the areas of macroeconomics and econometrics. His most recent research focuses on the effects of health and health care expenses on saving and labour supply. He has also worked on topics related to fiscal policy, structural econometrics and the financial behavior of firms. His work has been published in Econometrica and the Journal of Monetary Economics. Jones received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998.
