Joshua J. Miller

Joshua J. Miller is an Economist at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. His responsibilities include supervising and participating in the monitoring of government programs with a focus on housing finance, homeownership, and state and local finances. He conducts statistical and economic research and advises top level officials within and outside the agency. Dr. Miller is a former Lincoln Institute of Land Policy scholar and his recent work has been published in the National Tax Journal and Regional Science and Urban Economics.
