Lars Gårn Hansen

Professor of Environmental Economics, Department of Food and Resource Economics, University of Copenhagen

Lars Gårn Hansen is a professor of environmental economics at the University of Copenhagen, Institute of Food and Resource Economics. His research interests are environmental, fisheries and energy economics especially regulation problems and consumer behavior. Lars is also part of the chairmanship of the Danish Economic Councils who advise the Danish government and parliament on economic and environmental economic issues. Lars is born in 1959, PhD in economics from University of Copenhagen in 1997.
