Loukas Karabarbounis

Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Minnesota.

Loukas Karabarbounis is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Minnesota and a Research Consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. His research interests focus on macroeconomics, labor markets, business cycles, international finance, and inequality. Prior to the University of Minnesota, he has served at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and the University of Chicago. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University.
