Marian Vidal-Fernandez

Marian Vidal-Fernandez is an Associate Professor from the School of Economics at the University of Sydney, an IZA Research Affiliate, and an Associate Investigator at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Children and Families over the Life Course. Marian has studied the extent to which a range of socio-economic circumstances and educational policies impact children’s and young adults’ skills, labour force participation and wages, particularly of those coming from a disadvantaged socio-economic status (SES). She is interested in scientific dissemination and has been awarded several teaching awards.
