Michele Di Maio

Associate Professor, University of Naples Parthenope

Michele Di Maio is Associate Professor at University of Naples Parthenope in Italy. He received his Ph.D. from University of Siena and his BA from Bocconi University. His current research interests include the economics of conflict, international trade, and industrial policy in developing countries. He has worked as a consultant on issues related to conflict, trade policy, and industrial development for World Bank, UNIDO, UNCTAD, UNECA, ESCWA, ECLAC, IPD Initiative, and IGC. He has conducted field work in Zanzibar, Sierra Leone, Honduras, Samoa, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and Oman.
