Nicolas Woloszko

Nicolas Woloszko is an Economist at the OECD, within the Macroeconomic Analysis Division and the OECD Innovation Lab. His research interests include wealth and income inequality, housing, trade policies and their distributional impact, structural policies and the distributional impact of the minimum wage, short-term forecasts and turning point prediction as well as methodological questions, among which the use of machine learning, NLP and big data in economics. Nicolas also contributed to the machine learning interpretability literature. Before joining the OECD, he worked at Sciences Po and as a consultant in the private sector. He has a dual background in economics and applied mathematics from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan and ENSAE ParisTech.
