Nir Jaimovich

Professor of Economics at the Economics Department, University of Zurich

Nir Jaimovich is a macroeconomist who specializes in studying business cycles and the dynamics of the labour market. He is an associate editor of the Journal of Monetary Economics and the Journal of Economic Theory, and a Research Associate in the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) Economic Fluctuations and Growth program. Before joining the University of Zurich, Professor Jaimovich was on the faculty at the Marshall Business School at USC, Duke University, Stanford University, and University of California, San Diego.
