Noam Yuchtman

Associate Professor, Haas School of Business, UC-Berkeley

Noam Yuchtman is an Associate Professor at the Haas School of Business at UC-Berkeley and a Research Associate at the NBER. He received a PhD in economics at Harvard University, where he studied labour economics and economic history. His research is focused on legal institutions, educational institutions, political economy, and historical development, and has studied these topics in contexts ranging from Victorian England to medieval Europe, to Imperial China, and also in the present day.
