Régis Barnichon

Junior Researcher, CREI; Affiliated Professor, Universitat Pompeu Fabra

Régis Barnichon is Junior Researcher at CREI and an Affiliated Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Spain). His research interests are in macroeconomics and applied econometrics, with a particular focus on labor market dynamics. He received a B.S. in Physics from Ecole Polytechnique (France) in 2002 and a Ph.D. in Economics from the London School of Economics (UK) in 2007. Before coming to Barcelona, Barnichon was an Economist at the Federal Reserve Board (2008-2011) and at the IMF (2007-08).
