Rita Da Costa is a Policy Analyst in the Director’s Office of the OECD Development Centre. She joined the OECD in November 2007, after having worked at the Spanish Permanent Mission to WTO/UNCTAD in Geneva as an ICEX Young Professional (Spanish Ministry of Industry Tourism and Foreign Trade program). She has Spanish and Portuguese nationalities.
