Sara Calligaris

PhD candidate, Economics and Finance Department, University of Rome Tor Vergata

Sara Calligaris is a Ph.D. candidate in the Economics and Finance Department at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and an External Consultant at the Science, Technology and Innovation Directorate of the OECD. Her research interests lie in the area of industrial organisation and applied microeconometrics, with main focus on productivity and misallocation. During her Ph.D. she has participated to the Graduate Program at the Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance (EIEF) and has been Visiting Student Research Collaborator at the University of Princeton. Before starting the Ph.D. in 2012, Sara completed a M.Res. in Economic Theory and Econometric at the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) and her M.Sc. in International Economics and Development, as well as her BA in European Economics, at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
