Sílvia Garcia-Mandicó

Sílvia Garcia-Mandicó is a Junior Labour Market Economist at the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD. Her research fields are applied microeconometrics, labour, and development. Prior to joining the OECD, she was a consultant at the World Bank Development Research Group. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from Tinbergen Institute and Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
