Stephan Haroutunian
Principal Economist, ECB
Stephan Haroutunian is a Principal Economist in the Directorate General Economics of the European Central Bank. He also worked for the Central Bank of Cyprus and the Economics Research Centre of the University of Cyprus. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a MPhil in Economics from Cambridge University. His research focusses on fiscal and monetary policies.
