Takashi Unayama

Associate Professor, Hitotsubashi University; RIETI Fellow

Takashi Unayama is an Associate Professor at Hitotsubashi University. He has been a Fellow of the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry since 2009. He received his Ph.D. degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo in 2004. His research field is on household behavior and the Japanese economy, covering topics related to retirement, public pension, child benefit, and consumption tax rate increases.
