Tomáš Konečný

IMF Resident Advisor on Macroprudential Policy and Stress Testing, Central Bank of Sri Lanka

Tomas Konecny is the IMF Resident Advisor on Macroprudential Policy and Stress Testing at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Previously, he worked as Deputy Head of Macroprudential Policy Division and other positions at the Czech National Bank and as Economist at the European Systemic Risk Board. His research covers a range of topics including macroprudential policy, financial stability, and bank risk management.  Tomas holds a Ph.D. in Economics from CERGE-EI, Prague.
