Yu Zheng

Yu Zheng is a Lecturer in the School of Economics and Finance at Queen Mary University of London and a research affiliate of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).

Her research areas are macroeconomics, development and labour economics. In her research, she explores the causes and consequences of income inequality and the relationship between micro-level risks and aggregate outcomes such as output, growth, and welfare. She received her Ph.D. in economics from Washington University in St. Louis and was a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute in Florence.
