Álvaro is an Economist at the OECD Economics Department. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Sussex and a master's degree in International Trade, Finance and Development from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. Before joining the OECD, he worked as an Economist at CaixaBank Research and as a Junior Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics.
