Dr Andreas Georgiadis is a Research Economist in the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics. After receiving an MSc from the London School of Economics, Andreas started a PhD in the University of Bristol, which he then completed while he was in the University of Cambridge, where he has also worked as a Research Associate in the Judge Business School for two years. His research focuses on labour economics and applied econometrics. His recent work is engaged with the degree of assimilation of Muslim minorities in the UK based on outcomes such as education, employment and marriage, the role of firm's media visibility as a driver of corporate social performance and the degree of imperfect competition in labour markets.
