Chris Walters

Chris Walters is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Walters received a BA in economics and philosophy from the University of Virginia in 2008 and a PhD in economics from MIT in 2013. He is a Faculty Research Fellow in the National Bureau of Economic Research programs on education and labor studies. His research covers a range of topics in labor economics, applied econometrics, and the economics of education, including studies of early childhood interventions, school choice programs, labor market discrimination, and program evaluation methods.
