Douglas Sutherland

Douglas Sutherland is a Senior Economist in the public economics division of the OECD’s economics department. He joined the economics department in 1998, initially working on Economic Surveys of the Russian Federation. He has subsequently worked on a wide range of topics, often with a public economics focus. Prior to joining the OECD he worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham, from where he obtained his PhD.
