Dr. Eric Nazindigouba Kere is a Senior Evaluation Officer at the African Development Bank. He joined the bank in 2016 as a Young Professional. Prior to joining the Bank, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre d’Études et de Recherches sur le Développement International and a lecturer and research economist at the University of Lorraine and the National Institute for Agricultural Research in France. Dr. Kere has strong publications record in high-ranking international peer reviewed journals such as Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, Ecological Economics, European Review of Agricultural Economics, Food Policy, Journal of African Economies, Resource and Energy Economics, Journal of Regional and Urban Economics. He holds a PhD in Economics and a M.Sc. in Statistical Modeling for Economics from the University of Lorraine, France. He also holds a M.Sc. in Macroeconomics and Development Management from the University of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
