I am a Chief in the International Finance Division at the Federal Reserve Board and an affiliate of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and the CESifo Group Munich. From September 2012 to August 2015, I was a researcher in Research and Statistics at the New York FED. I received my PhD from the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence in 2012. My research focuses on international aspects of banking. My broader interests span topics in international trade and investment, international finance and macro, and financial intermediation.
