Otilia Dhand is a Managing Director at Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, in Brussels. She had previously held positions with Eurasia Group and the Economist Intelligence Unit in London. Dr Dhand holds a PhD in Geopolitics from King’s College London, a degree in Russian and East European studies from St Anthony’s College, Oxford University, and a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, from Matej Bel University in Slovakia. She has written extensively on Central and Eastern European politics and frequently appears in media commentaries and debates.
