Pauline is an assistant professor in the Social Science Division at New York University Abu Dhabi. She holds a PhD and MSc from Sciences Po. Her research interests are in education and labor economics. She works on wage inequality with respect to gender, experience, and education levels, often using matching theory to build structural models of the labor market.
