Paulo Somaini

Paulo Somaini is an Associate Professor at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He completed his Ph.D. in Economics at Stanford University and subsequently held academic positions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Yale University. His research fields are industrial organization, econometrics, and microeconomic theory, specializing in the study of auctions and other allocation mechanisms. His recent work studied the allocation of students to schools and deceased donor kidneys to patients.
