Dr. Li Teng is a research fellow in the Institute of Real Estate Studies at National University of Singapore. Dr. Li received his Ph.D. in economics from National University of Singapore. His research fields are labor and finance economics, urban and real estate economics, and environmental economics. His primary research interests are (1) monetary and non-monetary incentives and worker productivity, (2) finance wealth and job performance, and (3) consequences of environmental factors such as air pollution and high temperatures. His work appears in Journal of Environmental Economics and Management.
