Christopher Crowe

Economist in the Strategic Issues Division of the Research Department, at International Monetary Fund

Christopher Crowe joined the IMF in 2005. He is currently an Economist in the Strategic Issues Division of the Research Department, and has also worked in the Asia-Pacific Department. He has written on monetary policy and central bank governance, and has had his work published in a number of academic journals. He holds a PhD and MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA from the University of Cambridge. He previously held an ODI fellowship and worked as a Consultant at the Caribbean Development Bank in Barbados, and has also taught courses in macroeconomics at several Central Banks.
