Christos Cabolis

Christos Cabolis serves as the Chief Economist and Head of Operations at the IMD World Competitiveness Center. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Economics and Competitiveness at IMD. Prior to joining IMD, he was an Associate Professor of Economics and Finance at ALBA Graduate Business School. Before that, he served as the Executive Director of the International Center for Finance at Yale School of Management. Cabolis has also taught at Yale University, the University of California, Santa Barbara, and the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School. His current research focuses on competitiveness, institutions, and ESG challenges. Cabolis holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
