Cristina Cella is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. She received her Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Naples Federico II in 2008 and was a Visiting Scholar at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Her research interests are in the areas of corporate finance, specifically about firms’ investment policies, ownership structures and firm performance. Her work is regularly presented at leading finance conferences (including American Economic Association and European Finance Association meetings) and academic departments.
