Elīna Gaillard

Elīna has worked as a short-term Consultant for The World Bank and as a Researcher at CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis. Her main areas of research include economics of innovation, policy evaluation and labour economics. Elīna received her MSc in Economics of Public Policy from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics.
