Floriana Borino is a Trade Analyst in the Research and Strategies for Export Unit of the International Trade Centre. She was previously an Economist in the Research Department of the International Labour Organisation. Floriana also worked as a Research Economist in the Economic Research and Statistics Division of the World Trade Organisation. Her research interests include MSMEs, international trade, development economics and labour. Floriana earned her PhD in economics from University of Genova. She holds a Master of Science in development economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London and a Master of Research from the European Center for Advanced Research in Economics and Statistics, Université Libre de Bruxelles.
